Holistic Coaching

Holistic coaching is unique to other coaching styles. Regardless of what brings you to coaching, every aspect of the holistic coaching process approaches your goal, habit building or decision making through the filter of your mental, emotional, physical and spiritual health needs.

We all make little decisions every day. We have more power than we think we do and can direct thoughtful intentional about how we want our lives to flow. It sometimes feels that life happens TO us. We’ve been led to believe that health also happens TO us, and not a gift that has been given FOR us.

This isn’t about doing everything right and being a fitness maven and only eating ‘good’ food. This is about whether you feel fully alive by enjoying your life and making meaningful connections and doing the things that bring you joy.

I have seen time and again that assessing the current holistic picture before addressing issues or tackling decision-making accelerates successful outcomes with fewer obstacles.

How and where do I start?

We begin with a Connection Call. You share what you hope to accomplish with coaching and together we ensure that your goals and interests are aligned with what I can offer. This conversation is offered cost free.

Once your goal is clarified, we decide where to begin. Very often, a holistic assessment is the best way to start. This process offers a snapshot of where you are today and offers clarity on how you can shore up your foundation for the important work ahead. Often, the way emerges organically. With attention, some questions answer themselves and more complex issues are then resolved with greater ease.

With gentle guidance and support from me, your holistic health plan is made by you, for YOU. Holistic coaching allows you to take personal ownership of your well being and leads to looking after your gift of whole health.

Each plan is offered on phone or Zoom, is one-on-one, and is entirely unique to your individual needs. I offer a sliding scale for accessibility.

Holistic coaching offerings

All packages begin with a six-week commitment which allows you to ensure that you have the right fit with holistic coaching and my personal coaching style.

  • Holistic Health Assessment – You develop your own long term roadmap for holistic health and self care. Navigating the ebb and flow of everyday life becomes easier when your holistic health plan is in place.

  • Aging Gratefully - I work with women in particular as they move into their third chapter. Retirement transitions and adapting to life changes that aging brings are frequent themes.

  • Goal Setting and Decision Making – All of your answers are already within you. I help you to arrive at difficult decisions or to reach goals through curiosity and support as you find clarity and make your plan.

  • Living in authenticity – I’ve been living in my authenticity my entire life and know this, it can feel uncomfortable! Oh, but it is so worth the freedom. If you have a niggling feeling that you aren’t being honest with yourself, true to your values or living a life that is genuinely yours, let’s chat.

  • Inspired habit change - I support and guide you through through desired habit changes, big or small, that can include lifestyle shifts from old patterns or giving up substances or any other habit that no longer serves you. I have solid experience in this area! I gave up alcohol for good 7 years ago. Menopause arrived and my body hollered “NO!” I have since certified as a recovery coach with She Recovers and can help you to explore how alcohol might be limiting your ability to mazimize your holistic health.

Coaching is a partnership. It involves working together to identify your goals to focus on your whole health and personal growth. The work is action oriented and helps you to build the personal skills you need to create the life that you envision for yourself.

Therapists are trained in crisis management and focus on diagnosing and treating mental health and healing from past traumas. I am not a therapist.
